European Union Gazettes EC Decision Approving German Regime Under Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework

The European Union Official Gazette May 5 published the European Commission (EC) decision on State Aid Case No. SA.120495, approving Germany’s temporary electricity price relief regime for energy-intensive users under the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF).
