The European Union Official Gazette May 6 published the European Commission (EC) Decision on State Aid Case No. SA.102304, approving the Greek temporary state aid regime to support companies affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The decision includes measures: 1) extending the regime to June 30; and 2) establishing an aid limit of 290,000 euros (US$301,750) per undertaking for the primary production of agricultural products, 345,000 euros (US$358,979) for the fishery and aquaculture sectors, and 2.3 million euros (US$2.4 million) for other sectors.
