European Union Gazettes Entry Into Force Date for Protocols to AEOI-CRS Agreements With Andorra, Monaco

The European Union Official Gazette Dec. 17 published Document Nos. 2025/2583, and 2025/2584, announcing the Jan. 1, 2026, entry into force date for the protocols to the agreements on the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on financial accounts under the OECD’s common reporting standard (CRS), with: 1) Andorra, signed Oct. 13, 2025, for the agreement signed Feb. 12, 2016; and 2) Monaco, signed Oct. 13, 2025, for the agreement signed July 12, 2016.
