European Union Gazettes List of Non-Cooperative Jurisdictions

The European Union Official Gazette Oct. 23 published Order No. C/2023/437, approving the updated EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. The updated list: 1) adds Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and the Seychelles; and 2) removes the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, and the Marshall Islands.
