European Union Gazettes List of Non-Cooperative Jurisdictions

The European Union Official Gazette Oct. 18 published Order No. C/2024/6322, approving the updated EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions. The updates include: 1) the removal of Antigua and Barbuda from the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions, and its addition to the state-of-play list; and 2) the removal of Armenia and Malaysia from the state-of-play list.
