Ernst and Young UK partner pay has fallen and revenues remain flat, the firm said Friday, amid a challenging consulting environment.
The Big Four firm said that fee income was flat at £3.7 billion ($4.8 billion) in the financial year to June 30 2024, unchanged from the previous year.
Consulting income fell sharply, offset by higher tax and audit revenue, with average partner pay down 5% to £723,000. The firm said this was due to the partnership growing during the year.
