Ferrovial Shareholders Back Controversial HQ Move to Netherlands

Ferrovial SA won shareholder support for its plan to fold the parent company into its Dutch unit, paving the way for the Spanish builder to move its headquarters to Amsterdam and eventually pursue a US share listing.

Enough shareholders voted in favor of the proposed relocation at the company’s annual general meeting in Madrid on Thursday to surpass the majority needed.
