The Finnish Official Gazette Dec. 29, 2025, published Law No. 1358/2025, amending the VAT Act. The law includes a measure setting a 13.5 percent VAT rate for specified services, goods, and imports, including qualifying intra-Community acquisitions of goods after Jan. 1. The law enters into force Jan. 1, and generally applies to payment obligations arising on or after that date. [Finland, Government Legal Database, 12/29/25]
