Finland Tax Agency Posts Preliminary Ruling Clarifying VAT Treatment of Government Grants for Newspaper Delivery

The Finnish Tax Administration April 14 posted online Central Tax Board Preliminary Decision No. KVL:2026/9, clarifying the VAT treatment of government grants for newspaper delivery services.
