Fiserv Units Ask Florida Court to Revive Tax Allocation Lawsuit

Six subsidiaries of financial technology services company Fiserv Inc. told a Florida Court of Appeals that the state revenue department misled a trial court into dismissing their income tax challenge.

The department had given the companies assurances that it wouldn’t challenge jurisdiction, and allowed the litigation to proceed for years, the companies argued in their opening brief with the Florida First District Court of Appeal.
