Florida DOR Proposes Amending Rule on Pollutants Tax Form

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to a rule regarding the pollutants tax application form. The proposal updates Form DR-156, the Florida Fuel or Pollutants Tax Application, to include all required attachments and clarifies that pollutant tax licenses must be renewed annually.
