Former Galaxy Europe Boss to Lead New Investment Firm Deus X

Tim Grant, the former head of crypto investor Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd.’s European business, is to spearhead a new investment and operating firm backing companies in areas including digital assets, fintech and institutional capital markets.

Deus X Capital will manage some of the existing assets and holdings of a family office, which are valued at over $1 billion, Grant said in an interview. Its investments include software startup Netrios, which is wholly-owned by Deus X, shares in Galaxy Digital Holdings and a venture investment in Swiss crypto bank SEBA.
