France Considers Raising Flat Tax in 2026 Budget: Les Echos

France is mulling raising the flat tax to as much as 36% from 30%, Les Echos newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.

  • The increase could bring in more than €1 billion in extra revenue for the state
