France Gazettes Law Amending VAT Exemption Thresholds for Micro-Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses

The French Official Gazette Nov. 4 published Law No. 2025-1044, amending the VAT exemption thresholds for micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses. The law includes measures increasing the VAT exemption turnover thresholds to: 1) 93,500 euros (US$107,381) from 85,000 euros (US$97,621), for the delivery of goods and services, sales for consumption on the premises, and accommodation services; 2) 41,250 euros (US$47,375) from 37,500 euros (US$43,068), for services and liberal activities, except for lawyers; 3) 55,000 euros (US$63,166) from 50,000 euros (US$57,424), for regulated activities of the legal profession, as well as activities involving the delivery of works and transfer of royalties; and ...
