France Gazettes Order Updating List of Participating Jurisdictions Under AEOI-CbC

The French Official Gazette April 26 published an order updating the list of participating jurisdictions in the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on country-by-country (CbC) reports. The updated list includes the addition of: 1) Mongolia, Dominican Republic, Senegal, Serbia, and Vietnam for financial years beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2023; and 2) Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Cameroon, Faroe Islands, Liberia, Montenegro, Montserrat, and Ukraine for financial years beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2024.
