The French Ministry of Economy and Finance May 26 issued Press Release No. 1045, postponing to Jan. 1, 2023, the entry into force date of the increase in the domestic tax on the consumption of energy products (TICPE) on non-road diesel fuel (GNR), initially scheduled for July 1, 2021.
