France Senate Considers Bill to Apply Reduced VAT Rate on Reusable Construction Materials

The French Senate Sept. 18 accepted for consideration Bill No. 925, to apply a reduced VAT rate of 5.5 percent on construction site materials resulting from the reuse of existing materials and products, for use or installation in a sustainable manner in construction projects or parts of construction projects, or for the development of the plots on which these projects are built.
