The French General Directorate of Public Finance Feb. 11 updated the administrative doctrine on capital gains tax (RFPI) calculations related to sales of undeveloped land zoned for construction. The updated administrative doctrine provides that the monetary erosion coefficient for cost basis adjustments to sales occurring in 2026 is 1,000, according to the consumer price index (CPI).
