The French General Directorate of Public Finance June 3 updated an administrative doctrine extending the organic farming tax credit and de minimis limits. The updated administrative doctrine includes: 1) the extension, to Dec. 31, 2028, from Dec. 31, 2025, of the end date for the organic farming tax credit, with clarification that the credit applies for each tax year from 2011 to 2028; 2) the increase, to 50,000 euros (US$58,106) over a rolling three-year period from 20,000 euros (US$23,242) over a rolling three-year period, for the EU de minimis aid ceiling applicable to the tax credit, effective Dec. 16, 2024. ...
