The German Official Gazette March 11 published a notice listing jurisdictions and effective dates for the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports, signed Jan. 27, 2016. The updated effective dates include: 1) July 18, 2018, for Curacao; and 2) Aug. 23, 2018, for Nigeria. [Germany, Official Gazette, 03/11/19]
