Germany Gazettes Notice on Scope of Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters

The German Official Gazette March 4 published a notice on the scope of the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, as amended by the 2010 protocol. The notice includes that: 1) the Convention will apply to Fiji from May 1, subject to reservations made upon deposit of the ratification instrument and declarations regarding Annex A to the Convention; and 2) Canada has submitted supplementary declarations regarding Annex A to the Convention, effective May 1.
