Germany Gazettes Regulation Updating List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CbC

The German Official Gazette March 30 published a regulation updating the list of jurisdictions participating under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports.
