The German Ministry of Finance Feb. 23 posted online Letter No. 2023/0060659, announcing the provisional list of jurisdictions participating in the 2023 automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on financial accounts under the common reporting standard (CRS). The final list will be issued by the end of June. Financial institutions must submit financial account information by July 31. [Germany, Ministry of Finance, 02/23/23]
