Germany MOF Releases Draft Bill to Update List of Participating Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CbC

The German Ministry of Finance Nov. 19 released a draft bill to update the list of jurisdictions participating under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports. The updated list includes: 1) Antigua and Barbuda; 2) Cameroon; 3) Mongolia; 4) Serbia; 5) Trinidad and Tobago; and 6) Vietnam. The law would enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
