The German Federal Central Tax Office March 5 posted online common reporting standard (CRS) Newsletter No. 01/2024. The newsletter includes an extension, to Dec. 31, 2024, from Dec. 31, 2023, for the non-objection waiver in the event of breaches of the reporting obligations in relation to collective trust accounts of lawyers. The newsletter also includes information on the provisional list of participating CRS countries in 2024. [Germany, Federal Central Tax Office, 03/05/24]
