The Gibraltar Income Tax Office June 30 announced the July 31 deadline to electronically submit employers’ annual statements, declarations, and certificates through Form P8 for the 2023-2024 tax year. The announcement also includes the issuance of a relevant guide, which contains: 1) information on relevant income tax tables; 2) filing instructions, with examples; and 3) instructions on submitting nil returns for employers registered for pay as you earn (PAYE) purposes, who didn’t pay employment income in the specified tax year.
