Gibraltar Tax Agency Issues Information Leaflet on Reduction of Individual Income Tax Rates

The Gibraltar Income Tax Office July 1 issued an information leaflet on the reduction in personal income tax rates for the 2024-2025 tax year under both the Allowance Based System (ABS) and the Gross Income Based System (GIBS). The information leaflet includes: 1) updated tax bandings and tax tables under the ABS, for individuals with gross assessable income; and 2) updated tax bandings and tax tables under the GIBS, for individuals with gross assessable income not exceeding 25,000 Gibraltar pounds (US$32,417) and individuals with gross assessable income exceeding 25,000 pounds.
