Greece Gazettes Decision Amending Lists of Participating, Reportable Jurisdictions for MCAA-CRS

The Greek Official Gazette May 19 published Decision No. 1107/2021, amending lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS). The updated lists include: 1) Costa Rica, Curacao, Gibraltar, Grenada, Peru, and the U.K. for the 2019 reporting period; and 2) Costa Rica, Curacao, and Peru for the 2020 reporting period.
