Greece Gazettes Decision Amending Lists of Participating, Reportable Jurisdictions for MCAA-CRS

The Greek Official Gazette June 11 published Decision No. 1089/2024, amending lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS). The updated lists include: 1) the additions of Kenya, Thailand, and Aruba to the list of participating jurisdictions for the 2022 and 2023 reporting periods; and 2) the addition of Georgia to the list of participating jurisdictions for the 2023 reporting period.
