Greece Gazettes Decision Extending July Tax Debt Installment Payment Deadline for Employees Affected by Coronavirus

The Greek Official Gazette Aug. 6 published Decision No. A. 1173/2021, extending the July installment payment deadline for certified tax debts for employees affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The decision includes measures: 1) extending the July installment payment deadline to Aug. 31 for partial payment arrangements of certified debts for a list of qualified employees of companies whose business is suspended due to an order of a public authority; 2) excluding a list of employees from the deadline extension; and 3) establishing a table of qualified activities with code numbers.
