Greece Gazettes Decision Extending Registration Deadline for Beneficial Owner Registry

The Greek Official Gazette July 21 published Decision No. 100784 EX 2022, extending to Oct. 31 from Aug. 31 the deadline for entities to register in the central register for beneficial ownership. Entities that register by Aug. 31, or before must change, correct, or add amended information within 60 days of their registration. [Greece, Official Gazette, 07/21/22]
