Greece Gazettes Decision Extending, Suspending Collection of Certified Tax Debts Due to Coronavirus

The Greek Official Gazette Aug. 31 published Decision No. A.1200/2020, extending and suspending the collection of certified tax debts due to the coronavirus pandemic. The decision includes measures: 1) suspending the collection of certified debts until April 30, 2021; 2) extending the payment deadlines and partial payment arrangements for certified debts to April 30, 2021; and 3) exempting interest calculations for the suspension period.
