Greece Gazettes Decision Further Extending VAT Exemption Period for Commercial Shipping Businesses at Sea

The Greek Official Gazette Dec. 22, 2023, published Decision No. A. 1208/2023, further extending the VAT exemption period to Dec. 31, 2024, from Dec. 31, 2022, for commercial shipping businesses at sea. The VAT exemption applies for the period between April 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2024. The decision enters into force and takes effect the same date. [Greece, Official Gazette, 12/22/23]
