Greece Gazettes Decision Updating List of 2020 Preferential Tax Jurisdictions

The Greek Official Gazette Aug. 18 published Decision No. A.1186, updating the list of preferential tax jurisdictions for the 2020 fiscal year. The list includes countries whose corporate income tax and capital gains tax rates for legal entities are less than 60 percent of the corresponding Greek rates. [Greece, Official Gazette, 08/18/21]
