Greece Gazettes Decisions Amending Lists of Participating, Reportable Jurisdictions Under MCAA-CRS, MCAA-CbC

The Greek Official Gazette April 28 published Decision Nos. 1050/2022 and 1051/2022, amending the lists of jurisdictions participating under the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on automatic exchange of financial account information under the common reporting standard (CRS) and the exchange of country-by-country (CbC) reports, including the year subject to first exchange for each jurisdiction.
