Greece Parliament Considers Bill to Ratify Exchange of Notes to Continue DTA, Protocol With UAE

The Greek Parliament Aug. 26 accepted for consideration a bill to ratify a May 2 exchange of notes with the United Arab Emirates for the uninterrupted and continued application of the countries’ DTA, signed Jan. 18, 2010, and protocol signed June 27, 2013, retroactively upon the lapse of the 10-year period of validity. The law would enter into force upon publication in the Official Gazette. [Greece, Parliament, 08/26/25]
