Greece Tax Agency Issues Circular Clarifying Filing of Revised VAT Return

The Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue May 8 issued Circular No. E. 2030, clarifying instructions for filing the revised Form F2 050 2024 return, for taxpayers liable to submit VAT returns. The circular clarifies that the revised form is for making declarations: 1) for July, for taxpayers required to maintain a double-entry accounting system; and 2) for the third quarter for taxpayers required to maintain a single-entry accounting system or not required to maintain books or issue information.
