Greece Tax Agency Posts Decision Amending Lists of Participating, Reportable Jurisdictions for MCAA-CRS

The Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue May 30 posted online Decision No. A. 1069, amending lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI) under the common reporting standard (CRS). The updated lists include: 1) the additions of Moldova and Ukraine to the list of participating jurisdictions for the 2023 and 2024 reporting periods; and 2) the addition of Armenia, Belize, and Uganda to the list of participating jurisdictions for the 2024 reporting period.
