Greece Tax Agency Publishes List of Preferential Tax Regime Jurisdictions for Tax Year 2023

The Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue Sept. 8 published Decision No. A. 1125, updating the list of jurisdictions with preferential tax regimes for the 2023 tax year. The list includes countries with corporate income, individual income, or capital gains tax rates for legal persons and entities that are equal to or less than 60 percent of the corresponding Greek rates.
