Grenada Gazettes 2025 Tax Administration (Post-Hurricane Beryl Fiscal Support) Special Measures Act

The Grenadian Official Gazette June 23 published Act No. 6/2025, the 2025 Tax Administration (Post-Hurricane Beryl Fiscal Support) Special Measures Act. The law includes measures: 1) exempting specified businesses from VAT on goods or services supplied, and from interest, late fees, or other penalties on any outstanding VAT during the relevant period; 2) exempting qualifying businesses from the requirement to file and pay VAT during the relevant period; 3) specifying that the exemption doesn’t apply to outstanding income tax, interest, late fees, or penalties that became due and payable prior to the relevant period; and 4) extending until the last ...
