Tax Head Calls for Certainty on Global Minimum Tax (1)

The business-friendly provisions in the Republicans’ 2025 tax law are welcome, a tax director for a nutrition company said, but certainty on the global minimum tax is paramount.

“I applaud all the permanency and fixes and glitches that were resolved with OB3,” the tax director said at a conference Thursday. “But I would trade that in a heartbeat for certainty” on the global minimum tax.
