The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department Jan. 30 announced that the DTA and protocol with Turkey, signed Sept. 24, 2024, entered into force the same date. The DTA and protocol apply to Hong Kong for assessment years beginning on or after April 1, 2027. [Hong Kong, Inland Revenue Department, 01/30/26]
