Hungary Parliament Considers Bill to Transpose GIR MCAA

The Hungarian Parliament Nov. 6 accepted for consideration Bill No. T/13011, to transpose the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) Information Returns (GIR MCAA).
