India Yet to Decide on Challenging Vodafone Arbitration Award

India’s govt is yet to take a decision on whether to challenge an international arbitration tribunal’s ruling favoring Vodafone Group Plc in a $3 billion tax dispute, a govt lawyer told the Delhi High Court during a hearing on a related case.
