The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) published a tax bulletin announcing that the 2026 tax amnesty program will run from July 15 through Sept. 9. During this period, taxpayers will have the opportunity to pay past due eligible taxes for tax periods ending prior to Jan. 1, 2024, while receiving a waiver on related penalties, interest, and collection fees.
