Indonesia Collects 1.65 Trillion Rupiah from Digital VAT in 1H

Govt received 1.65t rupiah from companies appointed as tax collectors for VAT on digital goods and services sales in Jan.-June period, according to Finance Ministry’s tax office in a statement.

  • Digital tax revenue rose from 915.7b rupiah in 2H 2020
  • Ministry added PT Fashion Marketplace Indonesia (Zalora) and Pipedrive OU to the list, which now has 75 companies as digital VAT collectors
