Indonesia MOF Issues Regulation Further Extending Specified Tax Measures Due to Coronavirus

The Indonesian Ministry of Finance July 25 issued Regulation No. 114/PMK.03/2022, on the further extension of tax measures due to the coronavirus pandemic. The regulation includes measures: 1) requiring the submission of the final income tax realization report for each tax period by Jan. 31, 2023, under the specified procedure; 2) extending the tax incentive period to Dec. 31, 2022, for the income tax exemption on imports, and a reduction in specified income tax installments; and 3) requiring taxpayers to resubmit applications and notifications for taking advantage of the incentives.
