Indonesia Tax Agency Clarifies Filing Process for 2024 Individual, Corporate Income Tax Returns

The Indonesian Directorate General of Taxation Jan. 21 posted online Announcement No. PENG-9/PJ.09/2025, clarifying the filing process for 2024 individual and corporate income tax returns. The clarification includes that: 1) individual taxpayers must file annual income tax returns within three months from the end of the tax year; 2) corporate taxpayers must file annual income tax returns within four months from the end of the tax year; 3) from tax year 2025, annual income tax returns must be filed through the Coretax DJP application; and 4) annual income tax returns for 2024 and before can be filed through the DJP ...
