A federal judge dismissed a shareholder lawsuit accusing Tandem Diabetes Care Inc. of hiding information about staffing shortages at doctors’ offices related to Covid-19 and other headwinds the insulin pump maker faced.
Tandem repeatedly warned investors in calls and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission about adverse market conditions, Judge Marilyn Huff in the US District Court for the Southern District of California said in an opinion filed Tuesday.
