Ireland will offer a refundable corporation tax credit for digital game development companies from January 2023, the Finance Ministry said Monday.
The tax credit will apply at a rate of 32% of qualifying expenditure incurred on the design, production and testing of video games up to a maximum of €25 million ($25.6 million) per project, the Finance Ministry said. To qualify for the relief, each project must meet the minimum spend requirement of €100,000.
